New Drops Are Here!

It's here — open to everyone, no waitlist required.
Hi, there!
It's finally here — the second of three exclusive single barrels from Binder's Stash. This experimental barrel set the tone with one of the highest scores of the past year during barrel selection.
Willett-distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, aged 8 years and 1 month on the 6th floor of Warehouse I, bottled straight from the barrel at cask strength — 124.6 proof. One of only 18 barrels of this rare 4-grain mashbill Willett ever produced.
The 4-grain mashbill (55% corn, 12% rye, 18% wheat, 15% malted barley) hits every corner of the palate — cornbread, decadent French vanilla buttercream, and burnt sugar wrapped in soft mature oak, with a rich dessert-like finish.
Barrel Two of Three. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Cheers,
Michael, Co-Founder

New: Single-Cask Armagnac From OADE

OADE spent months traveling through Gascony, tasting through more than 60 Armagnac producers to find casks worth bottling. Four of those selections are live now — each a single barrel, each with its own story.

Domaine de-Jean Bon "Silver Lining"

Domaine de-Jean Bon "Silver Lining"

A family estate since 1880, still run by the founding line. This 1996 barrel is a caramel bomb — honey blossom, soft baking spice, and oak on the nose, spiced honey and stewed apple on the palate, finishing like the perfect tarte tatin. $196.
Four producers, four vintages, one region — these are single casks, so once they're gone, they're gone.
